Emily entered the insurance industry in July 2025 and has a strong customer service background dating back to 2017. She assists clients with certificates of insurance, payments, billing issues, client portal access, and personal lines policies. Emily provides excellent service and creating a positive client experience. Outside of work, she enjoys singing, spending time in nature, and lifelong learning.
